All Boho Hearth products are handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of handcrafted items:

• Slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal

• Custom orders may vary slightly from product photos

• We use high-quality materials and inspect every item before shipping

3. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is due at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other methods provided at checkout.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the U.S.

• Processing time is typically 3–5 business days once the product is shipped.

• Shipping time may vary depending on carrier and destination.

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Boho Hearth piece! If there’s an issue:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

• Only one coupon code may be used per order

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively

• Promotional offers may be limited by time, quantity, or eligibility
